Well, our continued search for new fruits and new vegetables continues. Last week we were drawn to the squash in season and so we have not squashed our squash interest quite yet. We started our squash exploration by trying Spaghetti Squash and this week we've selected White Acorn Squash to try. I'll let you know who gave it a 'thumbs up' and who gave it a 'thumbs down' keeping you posted on how we've decided to cook and serve it.
